Welcome
Reaching out is difficult. It’s hard to know the right time for therapy, and how to go about it.
When, and if you are ready, feel free to reach out.
Growth is imminent. You will get through this.
Therapy is a starting point, a place for connection, and for reconnection to one’s self.
It is a place where vulnerability is safe, and can occur at the speed and pace that feels comfortable to you. Your experiences are valid, and will not be minimized or judged.
With Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we can:
explore what is holding you back, and/or what is accounting for your symptoms
work on tangible strategies to resolve your symptoms
help you change and reduce behaviours that are maintaining your symptoms
Overall, the goal of therapy is help you feel less trapped and weighed down, and to enjoy your life more fully.
